We had an excellent experience with Mark's Window Shade Company.  He not only came and removed old blinds before our new window install but, came back the next day to put blinds back up until new ones came in.  He was very professional and very helpful for all of our needs.  He installed the new blinds today and they look great.  I will recommend Mark to all of my friends and I plan on picking out new drapes from him in the future ( he sells nice draperies as well).  It was an overall very good experience.

Mark arrived at 8 am to be able to fit me in--he had an 11 am appointment.  It was very nice of him to do this as I had company coming from out of town and we had just moved into the new house!  He got an incredible amount of work done in a short period of time!  He was warm and friendly and very professional--he really knew what he was doing.  His suggestions were spot on.
I would definately hire him again and recommend him without reservation!

I found them on Angie's List. We had four Levolor wood white blinds that either had fringes that broke or wands that broke, and so we got on Angie's List to find out who might do repair. I even e-mailed about six places, not knowing exactly what different places did. One of them called back, and even suggested Mark, saying that he is the guy that I want to call because we don’t really do that and he does it. That was really interesting and I appreciated that. He had a $35 charge to pick up and deliver the blinds, which was great because they are very heavy. It was done overnight. They were perfect and we are really glad that they are working, and it looks uniform again. I was really pleased with them. He just left us a bill asking us to send a check. He didn’t charge us ahead of time. It was just a really great operation. I didn’t even meet him in person. He took care of it all when I was at work. It was great.

Mark is most knowledgeable about his work. Was able to resolve problem. Was able to give added advice on care of blinds. Resolved loose mounting brackets & spacers. I was pleased. Time of appointment was later than we discussed was to be at 8:30 am-9:00 am, came at 10:30 am.

I would say that it was very satisfactory. They installed it, they had to order it, but they measured, ordered and called me back. It took about 3-4 weeks to get in. It wasn't something they could do that day, but I wasn't expecting that. Overall, I was pleased.

I was happy to find someone to repair my blinds instead of trying to sell me new ones. I would certainly consider hiring him to make custom window treatments in the future because he was very professional and knowledgeable.
