Kroger - Fairfield

I always use this pharmacy so it is not a matter of "how did IT go".  The fact they are my only pharmacy speaks for itself.  I trust the product, I appreciate the timeliness of their filling of orders, a pharmacists is always available should I have questions, they are a good source for flu shots.  All around nothing but positive things to say.

We are on Medicare and because we have retirement plans through our jobs, we are very limited as to where we can go.  So we ended up changing from our previous pharmacy to Kroger’s.  We just had to deal with the change.  Sometimes there is a horrible wait at Kroger's.  They have a staff for pharmacy but they have a huge pharmacy area.  We have gone and waited for an hour.  They are busy and it is not they are not working at it.  There are a lot of people going to them because of this change in the insurance plans.  I can’t say that it is the fault of Kroger’s.  I think, it is the fault of the drug companies for making us switch.  We have been very happy with them even though there is a wait sometimes.
