Smoothly. We handed the insurance check over to Kresco, and paid the deductible to Kresco. The roofing team that worked on our roof were polite, very hard working, and completed the job in one day. Good clean up and very good work. Created ridge vents on three roof areas. We are very happy with the job. Happier still, that we have a replace roof without finding water damage on the interior of our home to alert us to the need for a new roof. Our old roof was just over 20 years old.
