There was a problem where my husband was smelling gas in the car, so he had them check it out. They didn't really find anything in the exhaust system. There was no warranty and I don't remember how much they charged. They always do good work. I'm happy with their work. They are honest. What keeps me going back is because we trust them.

I was recommended to go there from my brother. He doesn't go anywhere else. I've been to other places on route 4 and always feel like a could have received a better deal somewhere else. I'll go here from now on. Thanks for great service and explaining everything Kirschs, you have a new customer!

I've been going to Kirsch's for a few years and my latest experience is the reason why. What I thought was going to be a costly and inconvenient repair turned out to be something Kirsch's was able to diagnose and repair in less than 30 minutes. I called Ken on the way to the shop, an hour before he was to close. He fit me right in, fixed the problem, and had me on my way. Kirsch's is a very reputable business -- they do good work at a fair price and do so with lots of integrity. They never try to sell you things you don't need. I've dealt with Ken and Mike both and the experience is always the same. I wholly recommend Kirsch's.

The story here isn't the brake job. That went well and was completed timely. I took my sons car in because it had failed to start earlier in the week and he stopped at Autozone and had the battery and alternator tested. They told him that the alternator was bad and the battery had one bad cell. I reviewed Angie's list and found Kirsch's and called them. They said they had. A $39 special to check out the car and these parts would be included. When they called me back, they told me both the battery and alternator were fine but that a bolt was loose on the alternator causing it to squeal and not charge properly. This was repaired and both the battery and alternator were performing as they should. He did tell me the front brakes were down to metal (I knew they were getting close) and how much it would be to repair them. The price is a little high compared to some larger shops but the kind courteous service and honesty that we received more than makes up for the additional costs. Both Ken and Mike were great. I forgot to mention to them at pick up the Angie's List discount of 5% so that would have actually made their price very close to the larger chains.

Kirsch's was great they explained everything to me and made sure I got the most bang for my buck they were completely understanding and you could tell it was their goal to make their customer as happy as possible with great service and knowledge. They are my new stop for all my automotive needs in Cincinnati.

I needed 2 tires on a Saturday. I didn't have an appointment and they got me in and took care of me on a short notice.

I haven't used them in a while but when I did use them, they were excellent. I would recommend them. I have an old vehicle and they were nice enough to give me a list of different things that I needed to give attention to on the vehicle at that time and tell me like an order or priority. To me, it was quite beneficial that that was sort of above and beyond what other folks had done. I just think that they cared about me as a customer, they weren't just in it for the buck. I took it that this person was very knowledgeable and didn't have trouble with the fact that I didn't have loads of cash to spend. That to me meant a lot because most folks, we're in the same boat nowadays with having limited amounts of cash to spend.

Ken Kirsch, the owner, runs a good shop.  He doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs.  It's not the first time I've been there.  I own 5 vehicles in 4 cities around the state, and I bring them all back to Ken for maintenance and repair.  Heather, the service writer, is very professional with a good memory of a customer's repair history and an excellent technical understanding of the various repairs required - she explains them at an appropriate level of detail.  Ken greets folks by name, and is always willing to share general and specific information about parts, training, maintenance tidbits, etc.

The overall experience was great. I felt very comfortable and Mike spoke to me in a language I could understand when explaining the repairs.

I am happy with them. The overall experience was excellent. They are not the cheapest, but they are worth it.

They were not able to figure out the noise either but it went away after they serviced the vehicle.  The job went very well, overall.  It was fine.  Everything was good.  They are the only place I would recommend because they are just very, very efficient.  It is very convenient for us.  I can take my car in, drop it off and they would drive me back home.  They would even come and pick me up if there is no way for me to go in to pick the car up.  They are very service friendly.  They have good people working for them.

They have been doing service for us for a long time. They service any type of vehicle and they solve problems rather than create them. They are professional, they run a clean shop, and they are straight up. The prices are not the cheapest you are going to find but they are always a fair price. I?ve never felt like I was overcharged, they didn?t do anything that needed to be done, and I?ve never taken a car back because of poor work.

They were recommended by someone I trust with my Van and they were everything I was told. Honest thorough.

I dropped off my Buick LeSabre in the morning and Kirsche's offered me a ride home in Fairfield which I declined but appreciated. About an hour later they called me with a description of the work needed and the cost which I accepted. The work was finished by 1 PM and I picked up my car for the price quoted.

I have been using them for a while. They sent me the repair bill for my car which is very high, but I think the work was like that. The parts that were replaced were very expensive. Their prices are little high and I think it is because they do good work.

From start to finish, Ken Kirsch and his team were professional, courteous, and detailed. My problem was my steering wheel became very hard to turn one morning. I took it to Kirsch's Automotive Center based upon recent reviews on Angie's List. Ken and another gentleman called and told me what the problem was in a way I could understand. The power steering pump did not produce pressure because the fluid had burnt up. They replaced the pump and flushed the power steering system because the fluid was dirty. The system had power assist now to the right 100% and only 50% to the left. This caused the O.E. pump to fail. Also, the drive belt was badly cracked. Ken and his team replaced the complete steering box assy and drive belt. I appreciated the fact that Ken showed me all the old parts that were taken out of my van and pointed out the problems of each one. The steering is working wonderfully now where I can turn it with a few fingers. A few days later, I received a hand written thank you note from Ken which was a pleasant surprise. I plan to utilize this company in the future based upon my experience.
