JRs Tree Service

The provider was hired by our neighbor to trim the over hang from one of our trees. The tree growing in our yard is quite large. The provider entered our yard without asking to obtain a better angle to cut a branch down. When I approached him regarding this he responded by saying that he was only trying to cut a branch down. I said that he should have knocked on my door and asked me prior to entering our yard. In addition, he parked his truck and trailer in our side yard also without asking. When I pointed this out, he said that the neighbor said it was alright. When I informed him that if there was any damage to my yard I would hold his company responsible he laughed and said there wouldn't be any damage. Throughout the conversation, he acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting him to have asked prior to entering our yard and parking in our side yard. This is no way to conduct business.

They crew was polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up after the trees were cut down. The only reason I marked their Punctuality as a "B" was the fact that they could not schedule an exact date to come out because of weather conditions and other jobs.  Over-all I would definitely call them again.

Everything was great. They were reasonable, did a good job, and cleaned up well.

On both occasions JR and his wife were great to work with. They answered my questions about the work to be performed, completed the job as promised, did a great job at cleaning up, and charged a very reasonable fee. I have referred several people to JR'S. Those that used his services were pleased at the quality of work and the cost of services.

JR responded to the call promptly and came out that day. He strongly urged removal of the tree (other services have said I could keep it with pruning) and gave me an estimate that was $100 more than the others I received.

JRS TREE SVC DID A GOOD JOB REMOVING THE TREE OUT OF MY YARD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID THE JOB VERY QUICK. IT WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM, BUT THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE.

J.R. was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what needed to be done. He was quite impressive to watch also! He efficiently cleaned up all the debris and hauled all the wood away for us. We feel the price was very fair for the work performed.
