Initially, the unit was installed without incident.  This person was hired by his son, my contractor, to perform this work.  When a dispute arose with the contractor and my A/C was not cooling the house during a heat wave, the A/C contractor refused to come out and repair or replace it.  He said that he would not do any work on it until I paid his son for other work person had already been paid i full that had been done. After being contacted by a HUD inspector, he finally came out about the A/C.  He went through the motions but we never had cold air.  When I pointed out to him that the air was not cold, he said "It's cool enough for me."  As he left he said "Good luck with this."  Having COPD myself and a daughter who has asthma, I was forced to call another HVAC company.  They sent someone out the same day and informed me that the problem was that the original contractor had not properly filled the refrigerant while charging.  I had to pay $365 to get the air working.  Despite the fact that this contractor had been paid in full for installing the A/C person, he did not make sure it was working. I would never use this company again. He was unprofessional and rude.

We've dealt with a lot of contractors and sub-contractors, and Dale is one of the best. He responds quickly, he is on time, he does not leave a mess, he gets the job done efficiently and effectively, and he does not seek to "pad" the job with unnecessary extras. We highly recommend Dale for any and all HVAC work.
