I had a small crack in my windshield that caused it to need to be repaired. I called Frank's Glass and have been sorry ever since. They showed up 90 min late on the first appointment causing me to have to leave a meeting to tend to the repairman. He said he repaired the windshield and left. The next day it rained and my auto lights wouldn't turn off. I called Frank's. Fast forward 2 weeks, and they had been out to see my car 3 more times (4 total trips) and couldn't figure out how to fix it. The General Manager, Russ, was uncooperative and said it was an issue with my car because his technician never messes up. At this point, I had to take it to the dealership to get repaired. I got him to agree to pay for the dealership's repair if it was their fault. Guess who ended up paying? Russ and Frank's Glass. The technician had forgotten to attach a cord in the rear view mirror to the windshield piece. To make matters worse, I discovered that it wasn't glass that had fallen in to my steering wheel, but the steering wheel boot had actually been broken. Since I'd seen shards of glass on my carpet, I thought one had fallen into the steering wheel crevice and been causing the rubbing noise. I've been trying for a month now to get Russ to admit that this was caused by the repair. I'm certain the break occurred during the repair given when the noise started. I also have confirmation that this steering wheel problem was caused by something too heavy (item or person) using the steering wheel for support vs. it wearing out and coincidentally breaking. Frank's position is that it has never happened before so it can't possibly have happened now. This was also their stance on why my auto lights wouldn't turn off. This place doesn't stand by their work and is as far as you can get from professional service. I have a broken steering wheel and am stuck with it because of what they did.

Finished job in estimated time. We found a smal chip on side of one pane, which they volunteered to replace, but it didn't show when the glass was installed in China cabinet, so replacement was not necessary.

This was a custom order.  The work was done pretty close to schedule.  The whole process took about two weeks. Their prices are competitive.  The workmen were very clean, neat and respectful of our home.

They came and took measurement so they could order the correct size of pane of glass.
Two weeks later they came back and installed the pane of glass.
So far all is good.

We had a doctor's appointment so the office rescheduled the time.  Terry arrived promptly at the rescheduled time and went right to work on the sliding glass door.  Within 5 minutes he had it closing properly.  He also sprayed silicone to make the door slide even easier.  He took the time to show me how to use the adjusting screws on the bottom of the door should the same problem reappear.  He was professional, courteous and knew what he was doiing.   It is difficult to find people who will repair your problem rather than trying to sell you a whole new door - and Terry was one of the good people.

A rubber dog toy was kicked in the sidelight window by the front door.  I called Frank's to discuss replacing the window.  I was very impressed that a real person answered the phone!  Explained what I needed, was told the estimate was free and scheduled an appointment two days from my call to have someone to come measure the window. Within 24 hours the estimate was received and gave the go ahead to order the glass which was to take 7 to 10 business days. I called back in 10 business days and was told the glass was due to arrive in another two days so scheduled the installation for the following week.  Installation was efficient, installers were professional and the final cost was exactly as estimated.  The office personnel, estimator and installers were all very professional and pleasant to work with.  Very satisfied with Frank's Glass.

From beginning to end, the job was done the way we expected the job to be done.  The price was in line with other companies in the area.  They did not leave any marks or fingerprints on the glass.  The glass is in pristine shape.  It is crystal clear.  They removed the cloudy glass (which was huge) and replaced it with what seemed to be effortless professionalism.  We could not be more pleased.

Fit perfect. well worth the price to not have to look through a distorted window. very nice and work was quick.

I used them again recently for a door that was leaking mysteriously. Very knowledgeable guy came out. basically he resealed everything but he said there was nothing fundamentally wrong with how I had approached the issue. I felt like we were in partnership figuring out what was leaking! His sealing worked better than mine - leaks fixed.

My windshield looks great. They have outstanding customer service. They treated me like a honored guest. They showed me the seating area and offered me a beverage and refills. She waited on me the whole time. I was comfortable and relaxed for the hour's time I was there.

This was our second time using Frank's for a windshield repair. They came right to our house and did the repair in the garage (it was raining). They were prompt and professional.

At first they were going to do the work in my own driveway. When the repairman came out, he discovered that he did not have the proper windshield for my car, (which was due to a misunderstanding while on the phone with the receptionist). We had to reschedule. I ended up driving my car to them, because it rained the day of the reschedule. Even though it was a slight setback, and a slight inconvenience I didn t get aggravated and that was probably due to the fact that they were so exceptional in everything else: I was greeted by name, with a warm and friendly smile AND an apology for my inconvenience. They had a clean and comfortable waiting area, and the receptionist served me coffee and bottled water while I waited, she even came back to see if I wanted a refill! I was treated with courtesy, politeness, and respect. The windshield was installed so well, it looks like it is the original that came with the car.

IT WAS A MATCH AND WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION. WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY LEAKAGE, NOTICEABLE WIND NOISE OR RATTLE. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THAT THEY STARTED THE JOB ABOUT 30 MINUTES PAST OUR APPOINTMENT TIME, WHICH WAS THE FIRST OF THE DAY, BUT WE WERE FLEXIBLE. THE COST OF THE WINDSHIELD TO US WAS $200.00, WHICH WAS THE BALANCE OF OUR INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE AFTER A $50.00 FRANK'S GLASS COUPON FROM REACH MAGAZINE. WHEN THE INSTALLER POPPED THE HOOD, HE FOUND A WRENCH AND ANOTHER TOOL LEFT BY THE TOYOTA MECHANIC AFTER A RECENT OIL CHANGE. WE DIDN'T KNOW THEY WERE THERE UNTIL THE INSTALLER INFORMED US, AND WE APPRECIATED IT THAT HE LET US KNOW. WHEN WE RETURNED THE TOOLS TO TOYOTA, THEY APOLOGIZED AND GAVE US OUR NEXT OIL CHANGE FREE.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. WHEN I ARRIVED, THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE AND OFFERED TO TAKE ME HOME AND PICK ME UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING ME LATE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK FOR ME.
