They examined it and found it to be just a faulty gas cap. They could've charge me anything for any reason but their service was honest straightforward and excellent. Would highly recommend them to anybody for mower repair or any lawn care repair needs.

Fairfield Power and Equipment Inc work on our stuff every year. They pick up and deliver our riding mower. We have them re-service and clean up the lawn mower so that it is ready to go the next year. They come and pick it up if there is a problem. There is an added charge for delivery. I think they are just great. They are professional and caring.

I appreciated the fact that JIm was flexible in picking up my mower in order to accommodate my schedule. My mower was super clean when it was returned to me..I had never encountered that before.

The company provided excellent service. The mower was picked and returned to the house which made it very convenient. (There is a $55 fee for pick up and delivery, but it's well worth it.) The mower had a lot of issues before being stored in our shed with a leaky gasket, and after it had been parked for a couple years in the shed, a mouse had made a nest in it. Jim called to thoroughly go over and explain all the problems that were found when the mower was checked and advised me regarding the cost to repair. All the issues found were repaired and the mower was returned within several days. Jim was very professional and courteous. The mower works fine again and is as good as new. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use it in the future.

He's very good at recommending what needs to be done. On service, he doesn't try to upsell you. He recommends it but he lets you have the choice. They are very good on pick up and delivery.

I called and talked with Jim. I explained our riding lawn mower wasn't cutting the grass even and was leaving circular marks in the dirt. He said they would have to look at it and would call me with an estimate. I had the option of having them picking it up or dropping it off. The charge for delivery is $55.00. I had them pick it up, (it was a Tuesday.) I called them on Wednesday to find out what was wrong and they explained the bent blade issue. I gave the go ahead to fix it and they promised it back by Friday. It was delivered on Friday by Jim and he explained everything again to me and was very personable and professional.

I was happy with the job. The chain saw is working fine. But, it took awhile for them to do the work. I dropped it off on Monday 12/4 and called Saturday 12/9; they hadn't looked at it. I went out of town and called again on Monday 12/18. It was ready then.

THE COMPANY PICKED UP THE RIDER, MADE THE REPAIRS, AND DELIVERED IT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME ALLOTTED. THEY CAME BACK AND PICKED IT UP AGAIN WHEN IT WOULDN'T START AT THE SECOND USE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WHEN THEY RETURNED IT THE SECOND TIME,THEY MADE SURE WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH IT.
