Fairfield Ford/Mel Farr Ford

Had vehicle there for an oil leak after recent oil change. Was told oil pan is leaking. Advised to make an appointment to have fixed and drive in the interim. Took for apointment. Was told it has a major oil leak which requires a gasket. Said it showed from dye. Dye was never added. Now over 3 weeks later still no gasket or repair. Cannot park on my driveway due to leak. This a 2010 truck. I am changing to different Ford dealership for repair Monday. They do not communicate and what they say is all lies. My truck is now at a different Ford dealership. Was just confirmed no dye was added at Fairfield Ford to even confirm where the oil leak would be coming from. Was told they get many complaints about Fairfield Ford and always fixing mistakes after other people have gone there for service.
