They are close to us . They do a thorough job . They installed our heat pump and we have had no problems .At one point our thermostat wasn't working properly and we were told that we needed a new one . Controlled Comfort was able to repair it saving us the cost of a new one .We highly recommend them .

Controlled Comfort Heating and Air is run by a nice young man who's very conscientious, very clean and very punctual. I have been using them for probably 15 years.

They were okay. They did put the Freon in but they also did a pressure check but it leaked out in three days. They told me that it would be an additional charge for them to come back and fix it, so I decided at that point, to start looking elsewhere. They could have given me a little more information before I spent my money on the services. I believe they probably should have checked to see if it would hold the Freon first. $150 for Freon was too much and they were close by, they are not very far from my house. They were very responsive.

They were very prompt and very professional. They listened to suggestions and were very clean. It was a good group of fellows; they had a mixture of younger and older workers. They were above average. We didn't have any complaints. We shopped around and they had the best price by far. It was good quality. We would absolutely consider using them again.
