They were able to get a technician out to my house the day after I called (Friday). I had done a few tests of my own that helped me narrow in on an issue with the outdoor compressor/condenser issue.  He did a few electrical tests to determine the capacitor was still good, but the compressor/condenser was locked up, which explained why my circuit breaker was tripped.  They did not bill me for this visit even without a guarantee that I would purchase a new system through them, which is a significant differentiation between them and other companies who won't even quote a price without charging you to come out and do an assessment.  I selected them after speaking with several other companies because: 1) they seemed the most accommodating 2) their pricing was better 3) they didn't require charging the potential customer for a system assessment 4) they seemed knowledgeable of both products and warranties. In the end I purchased a Goodman a/c from them for $3400 including installation.

Their expectation was that they could not do an installation until the following Monday due to their busy schedule, but told me that if things went well on Saturday there could be a slim chance I could be fit into their afternoon.  Thankfully this was the case since the temperatures were so hot outside.  They called me early Saturday morning with the good news that things were progressing well, and they could get it installed that afternoon.  They arrived on time, if not early, and got right to work.  The two of them replaced the outdoor unit as well as the evaporator coils and housing in somewhere between 2-2.5 hours, and they were more than willing to let me observe what they were doing and ask them questions along the way.  All in all, I was very pleased with their service and how accommodating they were.

They charged me 89 dollars just to come right here to look and see and to make a correction. It was great, that's why I always call them. They are very professional.
