My family has been going to Bev and Mills since I can remember (over 20yrs). I have personally taken every car I have owned to them for the small things (oil changes/tire rotations) to the big ones (full brakes, new tires, engine problems, etc...). Larry, Terry, and Gary are all fantastic to work with. You can drop your car whenever you want, they will drop you off if you need a ride, treat you with utmost respect, and will check into anything you ask them too. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. If you want to watch them work on your car, all you have to do is ask, and while working on it, they will explain everything they are doing. Don't go anywhere else!

My brother-in-law has used them for quite some time and recommended them to me. I dropped my large truck off there and they beleived the problem was in the torque converter, however they had little experience with this transmission and recommended I take it to someone who had more expereince with it as they didn't want to waste my time and money. They charged me nothing for checking and held the truck on their lot for 3 days until I could get back in to get it.
I gave them a and quot;Band quot; in quality for two minor reasons reasons. If they had a B+ or A- rating I probably would have chosen that instead. 1. Their initial diagnosis was incorrect, turns out I had a bad coil and the truck just needed a tuneup to make that problem go away. 2. They didn't check the front end issue as they assumed I would want to take the truck somewhere else and have both issues corrected there, they felt the issue was a ball joint, wrong again as it ended up being the steering linkage and stabalizers. I would rather they had checked it out and given me the option. I would have had them correct the front end issue and then taken it to a transmission shop for the transmission work.
However, no harm no foul. They were prompt in contacting me and called me when they believed I would not get there in time to get my truck before they left for the weekend. I'm sure if I had insisted they check out the front end they would have done so. Honestly, overall I do not regret taking my truck there and would not hesitate to take one of my cars to them. My brother-in-law has never had a problem with their work and highly recommends them to everyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable mechanic.

I never worry that I'll be ripped off or my car won't be fixed correctly. I'm an engineer and understand what they can do and how it gets done. I can't say they are the cheapest, because they not, BUT you get high quality service and only what you need. I've directed many friends and all of my kids to them.

I've been taking my cars here for 20 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have exceptional integrity and professionalism. They're very up-front about what NOT to have done to the vehicle (profit-driven fluff services that dealers push). It shouldn't matter in this day, or in this society, but it does bear mentioning that they are very respectful of female customers - where many mechanics see an opportunity to charge women more, or recommend unnecessary services, these guys treat everyone the same - extremely well. There's a reason that all of their reviews on Angie's List are solid "A" ratings.

I have been using Bev and Mills for three years now so this was a regular (90K mile) check up -- I dropped the car off and left it there for the day since the inspection was a large one -- I was told that in advance so I was prepared. Larry, the owner/manager, called me half way through the day with the progress report and to get approval for added needed work -- he said the car would be ready by 4:30 (which of course it was) and I picked it up at that time.

This is the most amazing auto repair place I have ever seen -- they have been in business, I believe, since the 1960's -- they are honest and trustworthy and have a great deal of integrity -- not easily found in the auto repair business. They take care of all models of cars (I have a Honda CRV) and their prices are competitive, if not below the normal market rate. Once you become a client of Bev and Mills, you know that they take care of your car like it's their own -- as their ad says -- but that is really true.

Four stars (ten stars) to this amazing place -- you will not be disappointed.

It's going well. I have been using Bev and Mills for some time, and they are honest mechanics who always do excellent work.

We dropped the car off with notice because the Check Engine light came on . Within 30 minutes I received a call explaining what was needed.

Called for appointment, brought the van next day. Service was excellent as always. I got a call later that day with a price, and picked up the van after work. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are honest, fair and really do treat the car like it's their own.

Bev and Mills have promptly addressed service concerns and provided full explanations of their suggested repairs. They have also successfully identified warranty problems and directed me to the manufacturer to pursue repairs under warranty with no financial gain on their part.

They treat your car like it is going to be their wife’s car so they are always very careful about what they do with it. They take every customer’s car like they were doing the work for their own family. They do a marvelous job and they are very honest. If it is going to be a big, expensive job, they ask you how long you really want to keep the car because they want the work they are doing to be worthwhile for you. They never advertize because they use word of mouth and they have customers like me who have used them for so many years. They are wonderfully professional. I have referred a lot of people to them and they are happy with the company too.

We have been taking cars there for probably eight years now, and he is just fabulous. He is so reasonable in his costs, and sometimes he doesn t charge at all. He is very trustworthy.

They did a great job. When I originally called them I had also asked that the transmission fluid be flushed (I had been told by another mechanic that it needed to be done) and Larry told me it wasn't necessary. I have been going to Bev and Mills for about 8 years since they were recommended to me by a friend. They always do a great job and the price is always fair. I live on the opposite side of town from them so I get my oil changed locally, but always go to them for everything else.

They were terrific, and I have been going there for over 20 years.
