They use a dry cleaning method to clean the carpets so they werent very wet when they left, which was a benefit. Their price was fair, but I was surprised to find out that they billed the great room as 2 rooms because it was 17 X 17. I have never had a carpet cleaner charge me like that for the family room in the past.
