Anchor pool installed a pool 7 years ago for my mom. Since then 2 major leaks have occurred. The company who repaired the leaks told us the pipes were laid too close to the concrete and the vibration has caused a hole twice. Also the pool has sunk at least 1 1/2 inches and the concrete is cracking. The concrete was laid in 30 degree temps. At the time of installation, anchor said temperature had nothing to do with the concrete and not to worry. I showed Anchor the 12 inches of pipe removed with all of the abrasions from the concrete rubbing as well as pictures of how the pool has sunk. They told me they are responsible because we did not use them to open and close the pool each season. The company who fixed the leaks said maintenance had nothing to do with the cause of the leaks. I am unsure when there will be another leak and each time it has cost $1400 to fix.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HONEST. HE KNEW ABOUT THE LATEST PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS. HE HAD MADE SUGGESTIONS FROM HIS OWN PAST EXPERIENCES. WE FELT THIS COMPANY HAD MORE KNOWLEDGE WITH THE POOL WE HAD INSTALLED.
