All-Dry of Ohio

They did a great job. They came when they said they would and were on time. Their pricing was great. They came on Memorial Day weekend and were done by Saturday. They were efficient and polite. There have been several heavy rains since the work was done and I haven't had a spot of water in my basement since.

I thought it's getting hard to get in touch with them. The interaction with them was fine. So far, so good. The price was too high. The quality was good. They were on time.

They were prompt for appointments, worked hard, and quickly and did a very good job including a good clean up when finished.
I was a little disapointed that they did not grind. out the cracks before filling nor did they smooth out the filler as a final step in the process.

It seems to have worked out since we have not had any more water in the basement. They were supposed to send me a warranty and they never sent it. This has been over a year now.

They didn’t do the job right.  The plumber told me that we had molds behind the drywall; we asked him if we would have to take the drywall down and he said no, he would get behind the wall and spray clean it.  They didn’t do that.  We cut a hole in the wall to see what they had done and found out that they had not cleaned the wall, which we suspected that they hadn’t.  They did come back to fix the problem.  When they came back about two weeks ago, they cut the drywall out at certain places and, they cleaned the walls.  We then had to paint them, put dry rock on them, and then they re sprayed and put the wall back in.  We still have to do the sanding and painting.  They put the drain system in but did not clean the molds initially.

I obtained quotes for water proofing my basement from several companies.  I choose All-Dry because I thought their solution and method to resolve the problem was the most practical.  The sales person was professional and courteous. The work was done in a short time and the price was exactly as quoted.

Everything went well.  They did a good job and had the best price.  There was only one issue with the work, but they fixed it immediately and without hesitation.  I haven't had any issues since then.

We lived over a riverside about 5 years ago and All-Dry came and did some basement waterproofing. They did an excellent job. They picked up leaky basement and they did an outstanding job in my house over there. The overall work went really well. They were very professional and they did a real good job. The way they did the work was good. They were quick. I had no problems at all. They had a very competitive price. I am planning to have them come and look at this house to see if they can do some more stuff here.

They did a great a job. They were punctual, their price was reasonable, they cleaned up well & solved the problem I was having in my basement.

THEY SEALED OUR SIDING, NOT WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY DIDNT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENT. I CALLED FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT AND THEY DIDNT RETURN MY CALLS. VERY UNRESPONSIVE.
