I spoke with Mr. Ackman and made an appointment for him to come to my home and provide an estimate for basement floor repair work, and requested he call 45 minutes ahead of his arrival. Not only did he not call, he never showed up. Unfortunately I spent the whole day waiting for him when there were many other things I could have been doing.

He is so reasonable. He is very efficient and good at cleanup. He is a local guy who is a hard worker. He has a great personality. He has a high standard of work that he does. He uses quality products and goes above what is asked of the codes.
