2 years ago the pool started  with major leaks x 2 requiring expensive
repairs.  The company who did the leak repair told me the plumbing was
laid to close to the concrete and rubbed holes in the plumbing.  Also
the pool has a 2 inch water line discrepancy between the shallow and
deep ends.  This was never the case with the first installation in 1979.  The concrete has major cracks.  I provided the company with
pictures but their response was it was not their responsibility since i
did not use their services for maintenance of the pool.  I am very sorry
but I do not understand their response.  Laying plumbing too close to
the concrete with resulting leaks is not caused by maintenance.  Very disappointed in
their customer service.  Would not recommend them to anyone. My cousin
also had major problems with them as well.  I just wished I would have
known about these issues before choosing them.

The excavating team was fantastic.  They were in and out in a day, with the pool being completed 2 days later.  The only issue we ran into was an unexpected spring underneath the pool. They took care of it, pumping as they went, and then had us bring in two water trucks to get some initial water into the liner so that it didn't bubble.  No bubbling, and minimal cost.  The cost of the water truck was the only overage on the project.

The fence was laid out and installed very quickly and was exactly what we were looking for.  It looks good, hides the sound of the pool pump (one section of privacy fencing), and works as planned.  The cost came in exactly as bid.

This was a big project for us as we planned this for years.  It was nice to work directly with the principals of the business and have them onsite every day.  Scott was over answering questions, especially since we are new pool owners, and newbies at that.

We had them install a heat/cool heatpump.  It's supposed to work down to about 38 degrees. Just waiting for the rest of the pool project (porch, cover, landscaping) to be finished so we can enjoy it.

I would definitely use them again.

They were prompt, did what they said they were going to do and the price was exactly as much as they said it would be. The technicians that came in were friendly and the whole experience was good.

We met an Ace Fence rep. at the Home Show. We scheduled an appointment to get a quote. The salesman, Mike, was very professional and helpful. Upon Mike receiving a signed contract and a deposit, he was not heard from again. A 2 week installation date was promised and an actual install date was 5 weeks later. Every message left with Mike and the owner Scott was never acknowledged. I never received a call back. The receptionist was VERY rude. Finally, Larry and his son showed up and took the fence down. Unfortunately, he left barbed wire all over the yard and threw fencing wire and materials in the woods behind our house. When the fence was partially installed, I discovered that it was the WRONG fence. Again, no phone calls from the salesman or the owner and no apologies. Larry only worked 4-5 hours a day and left all their garbage and tools strewn all over the yard. They left a major mess along the fence with mounds of dirt and our landscaping rocks all over the grass.

ACE FENCE WAS AWARDED THE JOB AFTER A NUMBER OF ESTIMATES. SCOTT BOYCE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH TO THE SCOPE OF WORK, DESIRED EFFECT, AND TENDERING THE BID. AS WORK PROGRESSED, HE WAS AMENABLE TO CHANGES THAT I REQUESTED. SCOTT BOYCE SHOWED UP AT THE APPOINTED TIME, AND AFTER RECEIVING THE BID, SCHEDULED AN APPOINTED DATE AND TIME FOR THE STARTUP. HE APPEARED WITH HIS CREW AS PROMISED, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN TWO DAYS. HIS ASSISTANTS, ERNIE AND DAVE, WERE PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB, AND PROCEEDED EFFICIENTLY AND RAPIDLY TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. AFTER COMPLETION, THE CREW CLEANED ALL DEBRIS, AND LEFT THE YARD IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACE FENCE AND SCOTT BOYCE FOR YOUR FENCING NEEDS. HIS PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER BIDS, BUT THE DEMEANOR AND PERSONALITY OF SCOTT WAS INFLUENTIAL IN AWARDING THE BID TO HIM. MY RATING: A+

CHAIN LINK WAS VERY WEAK TO THE POINT THAT A 65LB DOG COULD PUSH UNDER IT AND THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE GATE ON THE WOODEN FENCE. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX AND/OR REVIEW THE PROBLEM. NO RESPONSE UNTIL WE NOTIFIED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THEIR WORK, BUT CHARGED US AN ADDITIONAL $235 ON TOP OF THEIR ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. WORKMAN WERE VERY SLOPPY, LEAVING PIECES OF WIRE AND TRASH ALL OVER THE YARD. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE SETTLED MONETARILY, WE ARE STILL NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
