They appear to be straightforward. They are reliable. I consider their pricing to be reasonable. They are responsive and thorough. They support public video.

First
the car. I purchased a Subaru 2015
2.0i Limited. I love this car! It's handsome, loaded with features I
wanted, handles well -especially on snow and ice.
Now,
about the dealership. Best experience I've had buying a car. I dealt
with Greg Sagasser and Mike Reed. I took my time making choices and
experienced absolutely no pressure! When I had questions they were
quite helpful. When I decided to make a purchase Greg assisted me in
getting a car the same day, based on my preferences for options and
color. This involved making arrangements to have the car delivered
from a dealership 70 miles away. Working through financing, title, and
registration was a snap. Got a thorough introduction and orientation
from Greg about features of the vehicle.
Since
my purchase I had some questions about installing some accessibility
devices and got prompt answers and a referral from the service
department.
This
is my first Subaru. Based on my experience with this dealership, I'd
recommend the brand and the dealership. Altogether a very satisfying
experience. Thanks, Wagner Subaru.

My wife and I picked up my new Subie last Friday. Our kids were suitably impressed with my new Forester. They both had huge smiles on their faces when they saw it for the first time!
I truly appreciate Mike Reed's low pressure, thorough, detailed, polite, INFORMATIVE approach to selling Subarus. No games, just making sure that I had the vehicle I wanted at price acceptable to both me and Wagner Subaru. No games about and quot;well, I don't know.....I'll take your offer to MY MANAGER in the back room.and quot; Mike Reed was empowered to make a deal...or not make a deal. This speaks well of Wagner Subaru as a company.
I had contacted Wagner online the previous evening (after business hours), asking to test drive the vehicle. By around 9AM the following day, I had an email from Mike Reed (Wagner's internet sales manager). I called him to set up a test drive. On my arrival at the dealership an hour or so later, he gave me the keys and was able to recommend a decent test drive route (since I'm not familiar with the Fairborn area).
I like the atmosphere at Wagner - nothing fancy, somewhat barebones, yet comfortable. Wagner does not seem to be a massive fancy operation, but I was VERY surprised to see the large inventory of used vehicles. As a customer looking to buy a gently used Subie, this made my shopping a lot easier. Compared to another dealer located in the Dayton area whose web address might include the words Subaru and Dayton, Wagner's inventory of used vehicles was three times higher at the time of my purchase. This was probably one of the key factors in choosing to buy from Wagner.
I've bought only new cars since 1984, and this was the first time I'd bought a used car for my own use. I was originally looking for a 2011-ish Outback, but the 2013 Forester with only 6K miles was a good match for me. It's obviously different from my 2003 WRX wagon (with 203K miles), but I think I'll really like it. Compared to my WRX, the radio has pluses and minuses (audio quality is muddy and sucks, but has bluetooth and other bonuses), but we'll see. I've already bought a dozen OEM oil filters and a couple jugs of 0W20 synthetic oil....just gotta set up a new Excel spreadsheet to track maintenance/mileage/fillups.
In short, I like my new car, and was very happy with my interaction with Mike Reed and Wagner Subaru.

Fine! They have always treated us well insofar as service. Tho I initially paid for the front bearing cost not covered by warranty(missed that by 1 month on our other warranty!)... Subaru Corporate nonetheless covered my personal cost to the front bearing too 2wks later after I wrote them a letter explaining that this was premature failure on both after only after a babyed 44,000 on-road highway experience. The '06's have had premature bearing failures according to many blogs! OverAll...very satisfied with Wagner and the faith has been restored by me with Subaru in general!

I guess you can say I like their personality they are really good as far as not giving you a bunch of bull. They are very honest about the cars they will let you know if the car has been in a wreck or not. When I take my car in for service they don't try to sell me on services that I don't need. I will continue to use them in the future.

I was very pleased with the efficiency of Wagner Subaru. They did the repair in the timeframe they estimated it would take. The cost of the repair was reasonable when I compared it to other repair shops in the area.
