Two Dudes Window Cleaning

First and foremost, do NOT use their web portal to pay your bill. They do not have their SSL encryption set right, and you WILL send your credit card information in clear text if you use it. Next, I had them out to clean my gutters. They weren't able to come out the day that was planned due to weather, which I was fine with. However, the Saturday they came, I was also work on moving leaves to the street as part of fall cleanup. They ended up doubling my work efforts on this. First, they did NOT use buckets as they advertised on their website, rather just dropped them on the ground. Then when they used the hose to make sure everything was flowing, they were not at all careful, and wet down the leaves I was attempting to move. This caused it to take twice as long for me to complete, really losing the benefit of paying someone to clean the gutters for me. Also, one of the guys asked to borrow the battery powered leaf blower to use to blow off the leaves on the roof, however when it ran out of battery (it was low on charge to begin with), he made it known that he would have liked to use the corded one, the one I was using to work in my yard. The company did offer to have them come back out to pick up what was dropped on the ground, however by that time I had already completed that as I needed to get my yard work done, and that doesn't negate the fact they still watered down the leaves that were on the ground. What should have been a couple hour job for me took most of the weekend. Will find someone else to do this work next year.

Joseph was on time and did an excellent job. He cleaned the tracks and outside window sills. Everything looks great and I feel like more light is coming in our home.

As an extra, he power washed my outside furniture, in front and in back! This is the second time I've used this company, and it's the second time they went above the requested service! Requested estimates on 4 separate areas for power washing.  Provider was very punctual in sending the estimates to me and performing power washing on carport awning and cleaning gutters.  Service technicians were very courteous and responsive.  Works was scheduled and done on time and I was happy with the outcome.

Two Dudes have been keeping my windows clean twice a year for a few years. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I am very happy with the results.

They did a wonderful job!!!. Our gutters had not been cleaned out by the previous occupants. I am quite sorry that it rained on them. I have already scheduled for them to come back and wash all the upstair windows. I would gladly recommend them.

Within a few hours of completing the online inquiry, I received a phone call to set up a day/time for the estimate. Within a couple days, they were at our house and provided the estimate before they left. I was very pleased with the response time, as well as the quoted price. I was very impressed that they were willing to come out to our home to do the estimate. This made me trust that they would give me an accurate estimate as opposed to other companies who simply wanted to know and quot;how many windows?and quot; Additionally, they quoted us for screen cleaning which was only $2/screen and a screen repair. The company includes window sill and track cleaning with the price of the window cleaning. They will also remove the screens to do the cleaning for no additional charge. I think the price for the services provided is very reasonable. I was also able to find a promo code online for a discount that they honored.
They arrived on time and performed all the work in a few short hours. I was very impressed with the results - it was like having brand new windows! The tracks were well cleaned and the windows and screens looked great. The window screen they repaired was like new. My favorite part was the fact that they wore shoe covers when in the home. Overall, I was very impressed with their work, thought the price was very reasonable and competitive and they were nice and professional. I would highly recommend them and plan to hire them again in the future!

I hired them to do just a few high, 2-story windows that I couldn't reach, in preparation for an open house that weekend, and I kept adding more and more windows until my whole house was done. They did a much better job than I did - no streaks. They were able to be flexible with their schedule and were careful to wear booties and not drip water. They charged a fair price. I would definitely hire them again.

They are friendly and they do a good job. It was Aaron and Dave that came out. We just started using them and we would absolutely recommend them. They go the extra mile. They made sure that we were happy before they left. They have a rainy day guarantee where they will come back if it rains within the next couple of days and touch up the windows outside. Had new windows installed throughout the house and Two Dudes were sent by the install company so I didn't actually pay for the service. I did ask them for a quote so I knew what I would pay to have them return and was give a quote of $300 and some change . I have approx. 40 windows, including arches. They were very professional and wore shoe covers when in my home. They were on time.Two windows were delayed in the original install and they said I should give them a call when they were in so they could come clean them. I had given them an approximate date for the install and when they didn't hear back from me , they called me back to make sure I hadn't forgotten that "they owed me a cleaning on a couple of windows." They arrived right on time for that appointment as well.

Two dudes (do not know names) arrived on time and cleaned all windows in very timely manner. They also left reminder for me to lock my screens back in which I thought was nice. Great job.
