Could have gone better. Didn't have tires when I arrived for appointment. That was the only downside. Quality of service performed was excellent.

When I purchased the 4 tires from Tire Discounters at their Troy Ohio location on December 3, 2013, they offer me Road Hazard Protection, which I purchased. (This experience with this location was very good. Fast, friendly and profesional service.) On February 23,2014 on my way to church, I thought I had hit something on the road due to the sound, although I had not seen anything on the road. When I came out of church, I had a flat tire. I slowly limped the car to a gas station one block away and reinflated the tire. The tire held until I got home and for a couple of hours later. Monday morning, Februaru 24, I called Tire Discounters and they recomended that I bring the car in right away. I reinflated the tire and went to their Troy location. As their were already three ahead of me, I had to wait, but only a reasoable amount of time. After they removed the wheel from my car and tested it, they found that the valve stem was cut seemingly by my wire wheel hub cap. Since I had been driving in Columbus Ohio (POTHOLE CITY) for a couple of weeks, it made sense that apparently the wire wheelhub cap must have shifted and cut the valve stem when I had hit pot holes. They replaced the valve stem, retested the tire and put it back on the car. My charge,since I had road hazard protection, was $00.00. Once again they were fast, friendly and profesional. I would definately recommendTire Discounters, and especialy the Troy, Ohio location to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price!

They are wonderful; we never have any problems with them. One time they checked our car over and tweaked a few things and they didn't even charge us. They even follow up from time to time to check and make sure everything is running well.

I really liked them. This is the second time we've used them. Both of our vehicles have tiers from them now. They are straight up, not trying to get money out of you. They are straightforward with different tires and options.
