5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
I live in a house built in 1860 the walls have imperfections the job that was done painting all the walls in living room,stairwell,hall way all the woodwork and stairs.The walls are beautiful really have too look closely.The whole job is just beautiful I could not be more pleased.Excellent work they pay attention to details especially in older historic homes.

From the visit for the estimate to the two days of work, the team was professional and competent. They listened and understood my concerns, and made a change when I asked, even though it added an hour or so to their work time. Both men were friendly and courteous. Even my dog liked them! I will be using Sizemore's again.

This company is very professional, mine was an unusual contract as i wanted power washing done in the early spring, due to this the date was going to be "first good day of weather". Mr. Sizemore kept a good eye on the weather for the job to be done, keeping me informed every step of the way. Chris came out and did the inspection for the estimate which ended up being about half of what i was expecting and gave me good data about things that weould need extra attention. I.E. he recognized a rotted corner joist i h ad never suspected, When the day arrived for the power wash Chris was prompt and on time, completed his job and when he came to me for my walkaround I cannot say how amazed i was at the outcome, or how dirty the exterior of my place was. I h ad algae that was getting to be quite bad growing on the back of my place, they even got all of that removed. I was very impressed with the outstanding job that was done, and would highly recommend them to take care of anything you may need to have done. I will be hiring them again in the future.

The workers were wonderful and very polite with great attention to detail. They ran into termite damage in the kitchen so they ended up not removing the wallpaper or painting in there which only slightly dropped the price a couple hundred which was a little concerning. After that was found I expected a second contract to be drawn up and now I wish I had insisted on it. It also took over 2 weeks to finish due to the holiday and scheduling and double booking me with other jobs. The workers, as great to work with as they were, seemed to slow roll a bit on the time it took to complete the paint job (just the living room and 5 ceiling beams with no baseboards) showing up after 1000 in the morning and leaving by 1300 one of the days that could have been used to finish the job so we didn't have to wait an extra 4 days with the house in disarray. I had to take military leave for them to complete this during the work week and it could have saved me wasting leave days if their time management was better. Overall it was an okay experience as it was my first time hiring painters. They got the job done and it was well done I just wish they put a little more value on the customers time and were more organized. Next time I'll probably just DIY.

"This is not the way this happened at all- I have plenty of emails to prove that everything was great throughout the whole process with not one phone call or email that she was dissatisfied ever at any time- first of all everything was discussed up front with a written contract, and as for the termite damage that was unforeseen, I told her exactly what the price would be through an email and the painter also discussed with her at her home to fix the additional damage, and she declined, so there was no reason for a contract. We took 200.00 off and I never heard from her that this was unfair what so ever-till now.I also explained to her that due to the holidays it would take additional time to complete, and there was no problem with that either at the time. She had a lot of additional time to sign our contract earlier on, but waited till the end. to sign it for us to start. The day the painter left at 1.00 pm was because he was sick working through the flu-he should not even of been there that day at all, then there was a holiday weekend so we could not help those extra days. There was a lot more work done at this home than we are being credited for and I thought in the end this customer was very satisfied.Also for the record I even split the payments in half for her which we never do, and I will never do again, as it took me emailing her over and over to get our payments, This is unbelievable that a person would nit pick over such a good quality job and then turn around and leave feedback like this, especially when there was never any concern that we knew of at the time. We are just beside ourselves on this situation. I wish that customers like this would let me know any concerns, DURING THE PROJECT! and like I tell all of our customers if there are ever any problems, I will try to do everything I can in my power to correct any mistakes ASAP and always make sure that when completed,that you are satisfied or that we made it right in someway or another (we will take care of the problems or concerns right away, just let us know), otherwise we have no clue you are dissatisfied or have concerns--. any issues or problems should be discussed right away at the current time. This is just not fair to wait till the end and blindside someone like this."

It Is the busy season, and I waited four weeks for the work to begin, but it depends on weather and where I am in line (no job hopping), but in the end it was worth the wait. The two guys are pros and take pride in their work....no messes and to the detail. I had the house power washed and quite a bit if exterior area painted. The guys took their time (two days) and the results are great....Curb appeal went way up. And the price was very fair. Free estimate too. They have been in business for over 30 years....I can see why.

Every business can have a hiccup on occasion w an employee. What was important in our case is that Tim insisted on our satisfaction and on a quality job. He was willing to stand behind the work and was always available by phone or email.

I am very please with the painting that was done on my interior walls and ceiling. The painters, Ken and Dan were very dependable and professional. Tim was able to get my work done before I was scheduled to have some carpet installed soon. I am very happy with Sizemores First Choice and planning on having them do some more painting very soon.

Mr. Sizemore was very good to begin but before we decided to go for the second coat or not he had already bought paint for a second coat and then he was extremely late with the paperwork. The paperwork was inaccurate to what we had agreed and I ended up being stuck with a lot of extra paint and a bigger bill than was due for the work done.

"This project was quoted and recomended for two coats from the start. Customer decide near the end that he only wanted 1 coat after paint was purchased trying to save money. The paperwork was exactly what was discussed . The bill was actually discouted for 200.00 less for labor. Customer also signed off on everything on all documents and was very happy with the paint job not to mention I included all prep work and spackle for free!!"
