We've been your neighbor, first in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas, then in Dayton, and now in Columbus and its surrounding neighborhoods. Purchased the Guardian program. They were very helpful during the initial visit and came back to check on things within 6 weeks. Spiders have diminished and ants are gone.

I’ve got them on an annual thing, they come out periodically. I think it was on a quarterly basis, it was the last quarter and they are due to come back. They could do more follow up. The complaint that I have is when they come out for service they don’t notify me that they had been out. They were professional.

Incredible. Brad is meticulous, skilled and very easy to have around during the process. He also cleaned up after himself every day when he was done .... what a delightful surprise! It made the whole renovation much more tolerable. Very, very pleased with the outcome!

The service started out good and but it wasn't explain thoroughly, partially my fault for not reading through the contract. But they will charge what will be the most expensive hole you have had dug. The traps are their property and if you don't renew their service agreement they will remove the traps leaving you with a bunch of holes. My fault for thinking that the $900 dollar charge included the traps, no that is basically a labor charge for what took the tech maybe two hours to do. I sure hope they pay them good cause that was like a $400/hr service charge. It I would aware of this from the beginning I defiantly would have took my business elsewhere. I defiantly would recommend you look elsewhere than Scherzinger unless you want some expensive holes dug.

With the Sentricon Termite Elimination System; the stations, components, and bait are actually the property of Dow Agro Sciences and all providers of bait systems abide by this standard. The stations need to be checked on a routine basis by a certified professional to maintain protection of the property from termites. Leaving the stations in the ground would create a false sense of protection since it's not the station that provides protection from termites but rather the components inside the station which need replenished to maintain protection. We apologize for any miscommunication on our part."

"We apologize for any inconvenience scheduling may have caused. With our Guardian service we treat the exterior of the home unless problems are reported to us. Through this process we are able to reduce the amount of unwanted/unneeded material applied on the interior of the home. We do offer call before service if the homeowner would like to be there and offer Saturday appointments to fit the working families schedule. Please let us know if your pest problems return and we would be happy to set your account as a call first so that you are home each service."

"We appoligize that we missed your appointment in September of 2013. According to our notes it was for a free termite inspection at 10AM on the morning of the 26th. We did hear from you shortly after the appointment was missed and tried to find someone that day. Our records indicate that we tried to call you and recieved no response but did leave a message on the number we had on file. We assure you that our technicians are promt and prepared to all their appointments and are certain this is not normal practice. We hope that you will give us an oppurtunity to show you that this is not our normal customer interaction in the future."

My daughter heard noises in her wall. We called another company first. They looked in the attic and found mouse droppings and told us they had a plan for $500 if we paid at that time. My husband and I decided to buy the poison ourselves. After several applications, we kept hearing the noises on and off. We decided to try another company. After doing research on Angie's list, we called Scherziner. JR came on time. He looked in the attic and saw the droppings. He thought that they were old droppings. Unlike the other company, JR did a whole house inspection. He looked in the basement, near the cat and dog food, under sinks, and in the garage. He determined there was no signs of mice any where. JR stated we would see droppings all over the house not just a few in the attic. He thought the noises we were hearing were birds that might be getting in a vent. JR told us the visit was free and at this time we did not need anything. What an honest company. We feel so much better knowing that our house does not have any mice in it. We would use Scherziner again in the future.
