Samson Tree Care was one of three contractors we contacted for estimates. We left a phone message, and were contacted the same day, with a visit for an estimate scheduled for the same day. The manager delivered a reasonable estimate. Unlike other tree care providers, Samson Tree Care said they would bring a chipper so that the branches would not have to be chopped and hauled.
Samson Tree Care workers arrived early the next morning, as scheduled, and finished the whole job in 1.25 hours. They brought all the right tools, including the chipper, a large dolly for moving the largest pieces of the tree trunk, the stump grinder. They raked and made sure that no debris remained. We were extremely satisfied, with punctuality and attention to detail.
