Rite Rugs customer service called and asked what the problem was, so I told the.  He told me to call the customer service #.  i'm waiting to get the matter settled if possable with Prather Services.

It went well overall but I did request the same install team for the next job because I know I can get them to be more punctual and I'll expect them to pickup better as they go throughout the day. A nest work site is essential to keeping me happy!

The person was very courteous and helpful. He told me the difference between the floors, but I don?t think he emphasized on how easily the floor could get damaged. He did not emphasize on that as much as he should have. The price he charged me was excellent. We were very pleased with the price. After I had ordered the flooring they got it right away. He was very professional. I thought that the flooring I bought from them was very good but it was not that good. I think they did not explain things that well.
