Doors were purchased and ordered in early October for replacement purposes before cold weather set in.  Arrangements were made for the scheduling of measurements that would allow for installation before Thanksgiving.  Because of the need for certain types of customization, I was told that a certain installer, who would be responsible for the installation, would be required to do the measurements.  One week later, a scheduled installer arrived for the measurements, only to report that he was not physically capable of doing the required customization.  No one, in advance, had informed him of the nature of this particular job.  Subsequently, a qualified installer could not be rescheduled for about a week and a half.  Subsequently, the time line was pushed up well into December.  Because of a backlog of holiday requests, I was told that I would have to wait until about the day before Christmas.  When the installer went to pick up the doors on that date (because of the backlog, they had been sitting at the warehouse for almost one month), it was discovered that the materials did not match the original order.  No one had, apparently, checked the accuracy of the order upon receipt.  It took another month to rectify this mistake before installation could take place.  do not fault the installers (third party), as they did a beautiful job in the final installations.  But I do fault Lowes for the numerous errors that were committed in the handling of this transaction.

When I went in Lowe's the employees there are all professional and I didn't have any problems with the purchase.

They were careful and very respectful of our home . They took off their shoes. Just very helpful. The gal that helped me from Lowes was very helpful.

They were great. He came out right away to give me the estimate and then got right back to me. The only problem is I couldn't make up my mind about which carpet I wanted. I would rate them overall an A.

I think what I liked was the price, they were running a $99.00 for a full install, and second thing was the timing and everything was done as they said it would be.  Everything was done in a couple of weeks.

The sales representative was extremely helpful from start to finish. We had questions when selecting between two different models. He pointed us toward the model with the best track record in terms of Reputation and the least number of repair complaints. He was able to direct us to any accessories needed for installation, and prepared our purchase, so we had very little to worry about. Very professional. Great experience.

IT TURNED OUT REALLY BEAUTIFUL. WE PAID THEM TWO MONTHS BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY CAME OUT. THEY LOST OUR PAPER WORK AND WE MADE MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING.

I WILL NOT HAVE ANY MORE DEALINGS WITH THEM. THEY STARTED NOVEMBER 1ST AND DID NOT FINISH UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS. THEY RAN OUT OF TILE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING THE PRODUCT, NOT THE SERVICE.

THEIR WORKERS WERE NICE AND DIDN'T BOTHER ME. I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO OTHERS.
