 + -1 moreThe adjustment took abt 15 minutes to complete. The awning is tight as a drum again. Part of the problem was my fault for hanging three very heavy plants from the side support! I've used Glawe awning for over 20 years to make my awnings and to do the take-down in the Fall and put-up in the Spring. The price of their custom-made awning has remained about the same after 20 years and several awnings. The workmanship and fabric quality is fantastic. They hold up really well over the years. Take Down and Set Up has always been on time (as scheduled) and well-done by a very professional crew. Customer Service is wonderful. Calling Glawe on the phone always results in a very positive experience. It is no wonder that Glawe has been a Dayton institution for over 130 years!
Description of Work: I bought a new awning this Spring from Glawe. I was having trouble with it collecting water. The technician (Shaun) arrived in a few hours to adjust the awning.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL NOR DID THEY USE THEIR TIME EFFICIENTLY. THE COVERING IS NOT SLANTED ENOUGHT FOR THE SNOW TO SLIDE OFF. THE GUYS NEEDED TO BE SUPERVISED.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP A PATIO COVER THAT EXTENDED OUT FAR ENOUGH TO COVER TWO CARS.
