I couldn't have been more pleased with the job.  GBR removed my smaller old concrete patio, dug the larger hole for the new patio, set the forms for the new patio and filled it with crushed stone. I had the concrete colored and they took care of that, too. The concrete arrived as scheduled and the GBR crew worked quickly and professionally leveling and grading it.  I gave them a couple of ideas of the style border I'd like to have and they brought 2 stamps they thought might work and they were right - I liked them both. As soon as the concrete cured, GBR returned to remove the forms and add fill dirt and grass seed around the edge of the new patio.  They filled ruts in the yard created by the heavy equipment also.  I also had them seal the  concrete patio  and repair some cracking concrete overlay on the foundation of the house.  The staff and crew were professional, responsive and personable.   Upon leaving my house, one of the crew mentioned they could also seal my asphalt driveway (which needed done). He gave me an estimate on the spot and I called them a couple of weeks later to do the job.  They showed up on time and did a great professional job.

They were suppose to route the downspout from the roof under the patio and out to the yard.  They didn't do that.  They tried to imply that I should have made sure that was in the contract.  Apparently the sales person did not write it in even though we discussed at length.  They gave me a credit to come up with another solution.  They never came back and put the sealant on the patio which was suppose to happen 30 days later. 
It's now been about a year.  I've started noticing a few chips around the edges, scaling, and now there's a crack that is not on the stress points.  We'll see how long it holds up.  It actually looks good but I'm concerned the problems are going to keep coming and I'm going to regret not going with patio pavers. 
I'm pretty sure they've gone out of business so there's no recourse and they're warrantee is useless.
