"I am utterly confused... the work we did was great work. We were thanked and told the workmanship was great. I don?t even know what to think. I saw the work... it was certainly up to standard. My worker (Andy) is VERY detail oriented and very good at everything he does. I have never had to revisit any aspect of Andys jobs, especially this job... the work was absolutely on point in every regard. I can only guess that the fact his wife kept him out of the equation in regards to money for the entire life of the project that this caused an issue. "I, as owner, of Friedman Home Improvements gave the customer an estimate... in this estimate there were numerous issues with the home. I stressed to them that fixing all of the items would be in their best interest, but they chose to address only a couple of the issues I found. We fixed those issues, however, there were still things that really needed to be done, which I discussed with both of the homeowners clearly... still they chose not to remedy the rest of the problems. "I checked on the job, had correspondence with them throughout. They also signed off on job, and they stated they were happy. If there was anything at all they were unhappy with after the fact... I would have been more than happy to render the situation for free immediately. I am extremely surprised to hear anything negative regarding the work.
