I was not happy with their haircut at all. It was about as short as could be which I did NOT want, and told them not to cut it real short. They said it was because of matts. I went back a second time with my 3rd Bichon and they skinned her the same way. She was not matted at all as her hair is very thin, as she is an older dog. Seriously, I could not even recognize them. It is as though they only know one way to cut - OFF. BTW I have found a place that I am extremely happy with now.

I have a 120lb Great Pyrenees who looks AMAZING after going to FPG (think walking snowdrift). My mom has an Irish Wolfhound and a Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard mix who also go there very frequently since they're pet therapy dogs with MVPTA. Tammy and everyone at FPG are friendly, caring professionals who are wonderful with all breeds and sizes. I live in Columbus and will time my visits just so I can take my dog here. You can not beat the value they offer or the peace of mind they provide with their obvious passion for providing excellent caring service.

I have been taking my dogs to this groomer for about 3 years. They are friendly, and do a terrific job with the haircuts! It is fairly easy to schedule an appointment. My dogs and I all enjoy the experience at this groomer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. It is not easy to find someone who gives a really good Airedale cut consistently. This is the place!

I made an appt., took Chip in asked them to cut his hair short all over taking extra care with the anal area because of hair clumps he is unable to go to the bathroom. I asked her to put his sweater on for me and she did. When I picked him up his sweater was on he looked very good and that was it. I will continue to go to them because the price is $15 cheaper than others and the level of care is better.
