Dayton Onsite Computer & Laptop Repair

I paid him the $150 and he told me my laptop would be done in one week and slowly the weeks went by and I tried calling him and calling him and his phone was disconnected. I tried emailing him I did not get a response. At this point three weeks have gone by and yet there was no sign of him anywhere and I was honestly thinking that he just took my money and my laptop and that I would never hear from him again.I finally reached him about a month and a week later and he told me that he is lost his phone he apologizes for the delay and also told me that PayPal was holding the money that I gave him for 4 weeks. so I waited patiently and he told me that he was going to clean up my computer and get it running it really well and also put some programs on there that would help my computer run better because of the delay. So about a month and two weeks later he calls and tells me that he has my computer finished and he dropped it off. Upon inspecting it after he left I could hear pieces of the old broken monitor behind the new monitor also I pressed on one of the new programs he had downloaded onto my computer and it started flashing all of these screens telling me that I was a victim of illegal software piracy. He also downloaded 4 illegal movies on my computer. When I would try to get online the screen it kept locking up because of the illegal piracy so I tried calling him and he told me that text support was only for paid in full client because I had a balance of $60 left. So I tried calling him several times he would not answer and then he blocked my number and made it so that I could not call his company number so I was put into the hospital and I tried calling from the hospital and it put me right through...he still did not answer but I left him a message and I looked at my email and I had about 20 invoices from him and they were all extremely rude. So I asked him to resolve the problem and he did not and I tried to dispute this with Pay Pal but they said because the charge was split there was nothing they could do to help. So I paid it 250 dollars and still do not have a working laptop. The laptop monitor get hot at is certain points and then it just starts crashing and won't let me in bring it up it just turns black and there's nothing that I can you about it other than shut it off and let it cool down. I would not do business with this company if my life depended on it. They are a bunch of scam artists who are just after your money. The owner is not trustworthy and is very shady so I just caution you now..because I would hate for someone else to get scammed like I did.
