TONY ROMANO

I left Tony a message to schedule an appointment for our baby grand and he returned my call the same day.  He showed up right on time for the appointment.  It had been a couple years since the piano was tuned and it sounded very badly out of tune, but Tony got it sounding amazing again.  The price was fair, and it was a little higher than his standard price because of the amount of work needed, but he did tell us that upfront and it wasn't unreasonable.  We had used Tony several times in the past, and he has always done an excellent job at a fair price.  Tony is very nice guy as well, and it is always a pleasure to do business with him.   

Overall, he provided good service during his last visit.  He is quite knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.  He is good.

Tony tuned my piano that hadn't been tuned in over 15 yrs. Tony is very knowledgeable about pianos, he was able to tell me the year mine was built by looking at the serial number, as I'd bought it used. He has also tuned my neighbor's piano previously and she has also been satisfied with his work. He charges $85 for a tune but also gives a discount for Angie's List members.

Great. He was very prompt and worked quickly. He is very friendly, and is knowledgeable about pianos. The piano he tuned was a used piano, but was new for us, so it was the first time we have had it tuned. He was able to make some suggestions for work that may need to be done in the future to bring the piano into even better condition.

He kept the appointment as scheduled. He is very nice.

TONY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WITH PHONE CALLS TOO. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS PIANOS. AFTER SOME FINE TUNING, TONY PLAYED SOME SHORT SNIPPETS OF SONGS. HIS PLAYING ABILITY WAS WONDERFUL TOO!

MR. ROMANO CAME DURING THE VERY BUSY CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON SO I COULD HAVE THE PIANO READY FOR CHILDREN COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN. I APPRECIATED HIS COURTESY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I HAVE YET TO FIND A PIANO TUNER IN CLEVELAND WHO CAN ACTUALLY TUNE A PIANO. MR. ROMANO IS GREAT AS BUSINESSMAN, GREAT SERVICE, VERY PLEASANT AND MEANS VERY WELL, BUT THE PIANO STILL ISN''T IN TUNE: THE THIRDS AND TENTHS ARE WAY OFF.
