We had an unusually high amount of snow fall this year and it took Suburban Carpentry longer to remove the snow. On one heavy snow fall, where we had lots of drifting, he was unable to move the snow. I had to shovel it out a couple of days later on my own. $16 a plow.

In December, he was able to remove all of the snow. In January or February, not as much snow was removed. I think he used a different type of plow that didn't work as well.

THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR USING THIS COMPANY. MR. VOGEL LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE COMPANY VOICE MAIL EXPLAINING EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION FOR THE DAY HE DID NO ARRIVE TO REMOVE SNOW & HE ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE IS FRIENDLY, DOWN-TO-EARTH, & PROFESSIONAL. THE BUSINESS IS IN THE AREA. I WILL WHINE IF HE SERVES THIS AREA NEXT SEASON & CAN DO THE JOB FOR AM & PM SNOWS.

GOOD PRICE, FAIR ESTIMATE, AND GENERALLY GOOD SERVICE. LAST SNOW STORM, HAD TO CALL VENDOR TO INQUIRE ABOUT ARRIVAL. I HAD SO MUCH SNOW I COULD NOT DRIVE CAR TO GARAGE. VENDOR CAME AT ABOUT 8PM.(THE STORM WAS UNEXPECTED AND BAD.)
