SETSER'S YARD SUPPLY

I ordered 5 yards of topsoil from Setsers but estimate that I actually got closer to three. That was the first problem. The men who delivered the soil, one was the owner, got the rear tires of the dump truck stuck in my backyard. He acknowledged that he usually walks a yard first to be sure it can take the weight but did not do so this time even though it had rained for several days prior. Then, in an attempt to lighten their load, they raised the dump truck, blatantly ignoring the power lines above that supply power to my garage. I yelled for them to stop, but they ended up partly ripping the lines out of the exterior of my house. The lines are hanging about a foot and a half lower than they did before and now i will have to pay someone to come and fix it. They called a tow truck and then told me it was MY responsibility to pay for the tow and their downtime. Apparently, if you want these guys to dump anywhere beyond the APRON of your driveway, they say you are responsible for any damages. Unbelievable. They were dismissive of me and the damage they did to the yard and the house, did not apologize and only agreed to pay for the tow and waive the downtime fee when my guy came over to speak with them. I recommend you do NOT use this company for any yard supply materials.
