Our contractor has contacted Precision Mulching many times, and while in March Precision Mulching called him back and said they would be here when the weather cleared sufficiently to do the work, Precision Mulching has not returned his calls since then and we have never heard from him. Meanwhile we have many bare areas in the back yard and one side of the yard is mostly dirt, it looks like the mixture on that side must not have had many grass seeds.
Description of Work: Precision Mulching seeded the sides and back of my lawn using their truck and hose system which lays down a mixture of grass seed, top soil, and fertilizer. Our contractor subcontracted to Precision Mulching to seed our yard after our contractor completed a major project to waterproof around our house. The waterproofing required a lot of yard to be dug out and we had also had a good deal of dirt taken out to regrade our back yard. We were very excited when Precision Mulching came in October 2010 and did the seeding work, and assured us that even though it was mid-October the seeding would take fine and that they stand by their work. However, there are a lot of areas where the seeding never took, and he has not come back to re-seed.
