Plumbing
Mr. Carter doesn't provide theservices that Angie's List would want to offer. He had to do some some welding for the faucet replacement and ended up burning our tub in the process. He said he would be back to repair the damage, but he has never come back. I have called him several times to set a follow up appointment and he either puts me straight through to his voicemail or hangs up on me.
