MCBUFFERS/BUFF IT INC

Very well. I was hoping to have them ready for the workmen to reinstall. I asked, they said they'd do their best, and they did! They met my 'want' date.

I take them a box of crappy looking hardware and I pick up beautifully refinished metalwork.  Hinges, locksets, door knobs - any kind of metal.

McBuffers did a fantastic job! They are very good at what they do. This Baldwin hardware was in great condition, but it had a polished brass finish on it The finish was wearing on some of the hardware. Since this hardware was an expensive investment when the house was built twenty-five years ago, I did not want to replace it. I decided to repurpose it.

I took one set of door hardware to another company. They did half a job. I contacted McBuffers and they said to bring the set to them and they would see what they could do. They addressed any concerns or issues I had. They were very professional, and they were willing to work to my specifications.

McBuffers did an awesome job! I am so glad I repurposed this expensive hardware! I have beautifully updated brushed nickel door hardware! Don't hesitate to use McBuffers for all your restoration needs!

They restored it for me and they did a really nice job. It was very expensive but it was a very good job. They just took the brass and dipped it. They were very efficient. The only negative was that they don't pick up and deliver. I am sure that what they do is great.

The staff was courteous on the phone and in person. Cleaning and repolishing of brass door fixtures was completed in timely fashion, but the firm had problem refinishing chandelier, and in replacing sockets. This delayed the completion of the work inordinately.

GREAT SERVICE, GOOD WORK. ALTHOUGH OUR METAL WAS NOT IN GOOD SHAPE, IT STILL LOOKS BETTER HAVING BEEN TO MCBUFFERS!

I CALLED AGAIN BEFORE I LEFT AND RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THEY WERE ON THE OTHER LINE, BUT REPEATED THE SAME OFFICE HOURS. I DROVE A HALF AN HOUR TO GET THERE AND THEY WERE CLOSED DURING REGULAR OFFICE HOURS. ACCORDING TO A NEIGHBORING BUSINESS OWNER, THIS IS SOMETHING THEY DO A LOT.

HE OFFERED COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS TO SAVE US MONEY. HE IS A VERY PLEASANT PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING.
