Description of Work: Parkhill took off 2 roofs, replaced multiple pieces of wood, and installed a new roof, 4 skylights, gutters & gutter guard on our house. We had one issue with a delay in the gutter installation but everything worked out well in the end. They were professional, clean and overall we are pleased with the job Parkhill did. Our new roof looks great & the gutters match our house color perfectly.

Description of Work: Full tear off and new roof installation on a ranch. Job was completed in one day. Anywhere from 7-10 guys working at any one time. Uses they're own crew. They did an OK job on the clean up too!! Owner worked with me to schedule a mutually agreeable time while I had my fascia boards replaced. |They took care of the permit Very courteous and professional family run organization

Description of Work: We contacted Ken about a leak in our kitchen because he was the roof contractor for the prior owner of the house. He recalled that the past owner had the same leak, and the source was a clogged gutter. He explained it over the phone and my husband resolved the problem himself. He is now quoting other work for us.

Description of Work: They did a total tear off and roof replacement. HOWEVER, we discovered before we started that the roof had never been properly vented! They offered me options and worked with me to get it done right. They were very communicative and responses were prompt. They were also very clean, and sent pictures at various stages because I was out of town when the rain finally let up.

Description of Work: Built our home in 1996-used them terrific job. This year storm tree damage-very professional. Responsive & know what they are doing!!

Description of Work: Work was performed with good quality. They showed up at 9am after calling me at 8am to let me know they could do the job that day. I had not time to organize my home for the replacement of the skylights during the roofing job. Came home after work to a family room that was full of dirt due to the replacement of the skylights. Nor did they replace the molding around the skylights. I call Pete at the office to let them know of the issues. They did not provide cleaning service for the dirt inside the home. I spent 2 hours of my own time cleaning up the mess. Joe indicated that they would come back and replace the molding. After calling Pet in the office for one year and not receiving a commitment to replace the molding I called Greg. Greg came by but told me that after talking with Ken the owner that I would be charged to have them put the molding back. I am not sure what Pete's job is but he is worthless. Greg was responsive. I also had the gutters replaced with a gutter guard, the system recommended by Parkhill. This system is marginal at best. I have two corners where a heavy rain will cause the water to gush over the guards causing huge puddles near the house. The gutters have also turned gray from the residue from the shingles. When I call Parkhill on this they acted like they have never seen this before, however my neighbors who also used Parkhill have the same situation. Parkhill has yet to address this issue. Very disappointing as I used Parkhill on a previous house and never had these issues.

Description of Work: I discovered a leak in my ceiling and called Parkhill Roofing. They took my information and told me that when someone was in the area they would call and arrange for an estimate. I got the feeling that my call was not important to them and that when it was convenient (ie: in the area) they would get to it. They could not give me an idea as to when they might come out. I called another company (Approved Roofing) and Ken Wiegle apologized (wow, what a concept!) that he could not come that same day (Friday) but would come on Monday (which he did). Needless to say, I canceled ParkHill.

Description of Work: I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF 3 WEEKS FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW ROOF. A SECRETARY SAID HE WAS BEHIND IN HIS WORK BUT HE HAD DONE THE ESTIMATE. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO ASK THAT THE ESTIMATE BE FAXED OR MAILED TO ME. I NEVER HEARD FROM THE COMPANY.
