It took several phone calls to get the work done, but he did a good job and it was inexpensive.

It went very well. He was clean and neat and respected my property. He was friendly , prompt and professional.

He is great. There are no shut off valves in the bathroom upstairs. This man traveled up and down and up and down Ana was determined to figure out why it was still leaking. He did it and didn't even take a break from sweating. He is very reasonable and I will use him again

Jim showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work. Jim did not take a break he worked till the job was finished. The job was done perfectly.

We have been using Jim for the last 10 years and as always he did an excellent job at this house for us. He completed the work as quickly as possible considering delays in delivery of cabinets / countertops. We are very satisfied with his work. He is very careful before starting on demo to make sure the new plan will work out. For example, we wanted to change a half wall into a full wall at the entry and he advised against it considering there wouldn't be studs on the ceiling to secure the wall to. 
We will continue to use him for all our handyman jobs.

Jim came out for the estimate, looked what needed to be done and quoted the job.  His quote seemed quite fair so we chose him and scheduled our time.  As I work, I had to trust that Jim would show up as scheduled and did.  The work was done neatly (if I hadn't looked at the walls, I would have never known he was there!)  and professionally and within the time frame Jim said he would do it.  We can't be more pleased with the quality of the work!  We already have plans to use him in the future!

Luckily, when I phoned to request an appointment, he was able to give me the appointment the same day because his previous job wasn't that far away from my home. Jim was punctual and very personable. He immediately removed the old faucet and installed the new one. I am extremely impressed with his work. I highly recommend Jim!

He showed up when he said he would. Had to take toilet up and replace wax ring. Worked quickly and cleaned up after he was done.

Jim was excellent. He was on time. Very professional. Prices are very reasonable. He did quality work. Very knowledgeable about fixing many different jobs. Knew exactly what to do. I give him tips whenever he finishes jobs because he gives quality work at reasonable prices. I have already referred him to others. It's great to have found a very good handymen that I can call who is only 5-10 minutes from my house. I'm very glad that I signed up for Angie's list as I probably would not have found him.
I had called 4-5 other handymen from Angie's list and he was the first to call me back.

Jim is a very thorough, fast and efficient worker. He leaves the work area clean when he is done. He is great to work with and has very practical suggestions for the oddities that you see in older homes.
We recommend him for both big jobs and small jobs. He has been the first person we call when there is anything that needs to be done around our house or our rental.
