DRAPERIES BY SPRING CREST

The rod had to be a ceiling mount into a concrete ceiling.  Julio was unable to drill through the concrete so he contacted a friend of his.  His friend had the job done in 10 minutes!  I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he is my hero!  Julio was also nice enough to hang the drapes for me even though I purchased them elsewhere.  Next time I need window treatments I will definetly go to Draperies by Spring Crest.

Very punctual and was thorough and complete in the cleaning and work. Inspected draperies and when he found loose threads, repaired the hems by sewing them on the spot.

Excellent! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the work and the treatment that they gave me. I moved back to Ohio and had these drapes in boxes in my basement I couldn't find anyone to come out and look at them. I joined Angie's List and found Draperies by Spring Crest on your list. I called and within an hour, Mr. Peismajer was at my front door. He looked at the drapes and said this would be a big job because of sizing and the condition of the material. He measured my windows, took some of the drapes back to his shop and called my two days later with a quote. I agreed to the price and brought the rest of the material. He called me a week or so later and asked me to stop in at his store he had a question on the design of one of the drapes. He came out and spent about six hours installing the hardware and hanging the drapes, they are beautiful I can't thank them enough for the wonderful work that was done. Both he and his wife were outstanding with there customer service. They were upfront, honest and willing to listen to my recommendations. I will return and highly recommend them I have already told my friends and family about the excellent treatment that I received.
