Turns out he only applied the first 2 applications and has done no more services.
I pre-payed $426 to have 5 weed & feed applications, grub control, 3 perimeter pest control applications, aeration, and winterizer.
His flyer states all services are performed each season, and also includes unlimited service calls to spot treat weeds on an as needed basis.
Ever since I have paid him, I have not heard a word from him.
I have left multiple messages for him, from multiple phone numbers and have received zero communication. He has not held up his end of the contract, and I would never use his services or recommend him in the future.
Terrible service, and even worse communication.
Very unprofessional, and now I'm left hiring another service mid-year to complete the applications at my house, and am out the money I have already paid to Brian.
