I've taken my vehicles to Mike for a couple years now and have always been pleased with his work. Recently he has impressed me more with his honesty. A few months ago another service location advised me that I needed to replace the rear wheel hub assembly on my Ford Explorer when I was in for an oil change. Having gone to Mike before for the front wheel hub assemblies, I asked him to take a look. He advised me to hold off as he saw no sign of it needing replaced. It's been about 3+ months and I haven't had any problems or noticed any noise causing me concerns. He could have replaced the assembly and I wouldn't have had second thoughts about it, having been advised from the other company to do so. This is why I continue to take our vehicles to Mike if I have any automotive issues.
