Master's Touch Window Cleaning LLC

Wow!  I never had my windows washed inside and out professionally.  It was stunning.  My windows have never been that clean...ever!  He was so accommodating.  I'm in my 70's and I think he went that extra mile for me--he removed my inside-mounted screens and even cleaned them, too, for a small amount extra.  I can't afford to have that done every year but I certainly hope to be able to have it done every other year.  And I definitely will call him again.

This is the second time I've used Master's Touch in the past six months - the first time was right after we purchased our property and this time the gutters were again full of leaves and with a big storm coming this weekend I wanted to get the gutters cleaned out.  I called early this morning and left a voice-mail with my contact information and what I was looking to have done.  Bill called me back within a few hours and was ready to head over to my property that same day later in the afternoon. Just like the first time he did a great job, especially on the windows which are in a two-story entryway and difficult to access - we've been living with dirty windows and cobwebs in them since we moved in but Bill made them look like new. Bill cleaned the gutters thoroughly and hauled away the debris. I will certainly use Master's Touch again in the future.

I thought that their prices were very reasonable. The gentlemen was very professional and did a very good job.

Bill squeezed me in to his busy schedule, to come out and clean the inside and outside of my windows. He takes pride in his work, every window looked amazing when he was finished. I will defiantly be using his service again and would highly recommend him.

We were in the process of sprucing up our home for family coming in for our son's high school graduation...I found the company after joining Angie's List.  I called Mr. Moss and explained that we were having other interior work done that would impact scheduling the date of his work...also asked about getting a quote.  It couldn't have gone any better--he was very understanding of our scheduling issues and provided the pricing info over the phone.  On the day of the work, my husband was the one home and had nothing but the best to say of the work done...amazing difference from when I left for work that morning and when I returned that afternoon!  We appreciate working with folks who take pride in what they do!  Will most certainly give glowing recommendations and use again!

He charged $6 a window and $1 per screen; he was very inexpensive.  Actually, he charged less but we gave him more. He worked really hard and he seemed a little embarrassed to ask for the money.  He cleaned 42 windows and he was only going to charge $200.  I said no and I gave him $300.  It was a really good deal.  He was professional and very quiet.  He was here by himself and he worked diligently.  He was a little late but he called me so it wasn’t a big deal. I would use him again in a minute.  He doesn’t have really good communication skills but I wanted to give him a chance because I could tell he was conscientious and he was.  He did some little things that I don’t think other companies would have done.  After the conversation on the phone, most people wouldn’t hire him.  And he doesn’t advertise except for on Angie’s List; that is the only way he gets business.  I have referred him to two other people.

I called up Bill based on his excellent reviews here on Angieslist.  He was professional on the phone and came right out and cleaned our gutters including bagging the "stuff" and putting it in the trash for us.  He did a great job and provided us with a reasonable quote for window cleaning.  We will probably use him in the future for window cleaning.

Excellent value for the work.  Prompt and courteous, completed job quickly.  Will definitely use again.

I asked Master's Touch to clean my gutters once the leaves had quit falling in my yard. After providing them with my information, they indicated that they would be out to do the work just as soon as the weather warmed up (i.e., in the 40s) to the point where they could clean the gutters but not damage them. A week or so later, when the temperature was high enough, they came out and cleaned my gutters and since I wasn't there to oversee the work, they called me afterwards to report their findings which was that all in all, my gutters were reasonably clean, but there was one area where the leaves had congested which required more effort. I appreciated their feedback and in light of the work they performed, their price was more than reasonable.

I used them because they were doing our neighbors. I would absolutely use them again.

I had bought this service on Angie's Big Deal for $89. The owner, Bill Moss, did the work himself. Although the service was aleady paid, Bill made it a priority to make sure he got the job done according to my schedule. He did a perfect job and was professional and honost more than fair. I would recommend him without hesitation ! !

I had a coupon that I had gotten online. The price was very reasonable. It is a one-man company. It was a very positive experience. He is a very polite, considerate and conscientious worker. He was very careful not to damage the inside of the house with his ladder. It was very positive.

Can't say anything bad about the experience. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and did everything over the phone to set it up.

Mr. Moss arrived on time both when he provided us with a quote and when he actually did the work. Fortunately, he was able to work us in on the date I needed. We have a large house with a two story atrium, so we have  more windows than the normal home. Mr. Moss arrived about 9:00 in the morning and worked until about 7:30 in the evening, only taking one short break for lunch. He spent a great deal of time making my windows sparkle inside and out from the third story clerestory windows to the basement windows.Mr. Moss was professional and pleasant the entire time he worked in our home. I have recommended him to several of our friends and I certainly will use him again.I smile every time I walk by the upstairs landing windows because for the first time in a long time my windows are clean and allow the sunshine in to brighten up my home. You never realize how gray and dull dirty windows can make your world until they are clean and the sun can actually shine through them again.

Mr. Moss was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job.  He made sure we were satisfied and our windows are sparkling!

This is the 2nd time I have used this business as I was so pleased with the window cleaning results from one year ago.  A call to the phone number is responded promptly to schedule an appointment. This time I was running out of time before my family reunion. But the real problem was another company had applied  pesticides to the exterior of the house which left a spotted coating on all the windows! It was horrible and so I called this company immediately which was 5 days before the relatives arrival. Even tho Mr. Moss was booked each day preceding that special day, he managed to fit me in by coming prior to the families' arrival. It made all the difference in the world! He cleaned in the inside, outside of each of the windows, removed each screen to wipe them and clean the tracks. Whatever is used helps prevent spotting - - during the next week there was a big thunderstorm with a lot of wind, and in the morning there was not one water spot on any of the windows! He is very courteous, thoughtful, understanding,& trustworthy. I feel I could trust him to continue doing the job if I had to leave him alone and run to the grocery store. It was my neighbor that had first told me about him. I have told friends about him!  I will defintely use him again next year!

It was a half price deal for up to 20 windows. I liked the price and the guy who did it. I'm going to call him back this year. I tipped him because I liked him. We had no problems. He was here when he said he would be and did it in the amount of time he said he would.

He responded promptly, did exactly what I needed, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

He was great.  It has been a couple of months now and my windows are still so clean, except for where my dog smudged the door.  He did a great job and I am amazed at how clean everything has stayed.  He was very polite and unobtrusive when he came out.  He gave me a list of other things that he also does.  I am on his e-mail list, so he sends me seasonal reminders about things to do.  I would tell others that I was very happy with his service and that he did a really good job.  He is a very polite and thorough person.
