Master's Touch Window Cleaning LLC

Working with this Bill was very easy. He is extremely flexible and does an excellent job. I received estimates from over 5 companies, and Master's Touch was on average half of what the competitors would have charged. Bill works quickly and efficiently. I will be using his services exclusively going forward, and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for professional interior/exterior window cleaning. My only next time would be to clean the part in between the sill and the screen. I was able to do this myself, which was no big deal at all. Thanks Bill!

He arrived late one afternoon but due to the rain that been surrounded that day, he was trying to get everything done in a day. I was very impressed by his dedication to the job. Everything was completely within about an hour and when the next rain came, the downspouts worked perfectly!

Bill was prompt and thorough.  He went above and beyond what I had expected after our experiences with other window cleaners.  He labeled all screens so that he could replace them in the proper window.  Excellent service!

Bill was able to come out quickly. When he arrived, he called with an estimate and performed the work that afternoon. He cleaned the outside windows and screens, and then came indoors and cleaned the windows and tracks. Even though he ended up finishing in the dark, everything looks great! All the windows are perfectly clean, and I appreciate his willingness to do the job on short notice. He was professional and took care in the house as well. I definitely recommend and will use him again.

I bought Bill's prepaid special right as Superstorm Sandy was affecting us.  He stayed in touch while we were waiting for the weather to cooperate to get the gutters cleaned.  His additional price for cleaning the gutters on my guest house and guest house garage was very reasonable.  He was very responsive to phone calls and I had no problems at all.

The owner, Bill Moss, arrived promptly, even though this was a long drive for him, and outside his normal business range. ( He had offered a BIG DEAL for customers of Angie's List to introduce himself to the area and try for more business. )
We had just had about 8 windows replaced, so they were already factory- clean. After seeing all the windows and hearing which ones I'd like to have done, he offered to do a few more glass surfaces, so that I'd get my money's worth! Wow.
He washed the windows as carefully as I would have done them, with extra scrubbing as needed.( We live near 2 large ponds that attract geese! ) Then I was encouraged to inspect the finished product before he packed up. Perfect.
I was impressed with the owner's friendliness and honesty, and would recommend him without reservations. It was a great BIG DEAL, worth every penny.

Bill worked alone.  He was extremely neat and tidy and the windows sparkle.  He tidied up the leaves he removed from the gutters.  We will definitely have him do this work for us every 6 mo

When I called Bill Moss and left a phone message, I was impressed when he returned my call the same day. We scheduled an appointment to clean and unclog my gutters which were overflowing during recent rains.  Bill was right on time and in addition to general gutter cleaning, he removed the downspouts to thoroughly clean out the debris that had collected even though I had gutter guards on all gutters.   We made an appointment for the next week to clean the windows.  Again, Bill was right on time.  He did a superb cleaning job on all my windows inside and out and even put in my rather difficult front storm door.  I appreciate that Bill was efficient, considerate, and thorough in his work.

The owner of Master's Touch is a very kind gentleman who cleaned our windows for a very pair price.  All of our windows sparkled when he was finished with the job, and we definitely got more than our money's worth.  Afterwards, I went through and thoroughly cleaned the inside of all of our window frames, but this required the use of Q-tips and toothpicks, and I certainly couldn't expect a professional to go through that painstaking process for such a low cost.  I very much appreciated not having to get up on a ladder to clean all of our 2nd story windows.

Would definitely use him again, small business, spent nearly all day so it was longer than expected based on number of windows including high 2nd story windows - but money well spent and a good value.

He made the windows and door so clean that when I walked by the door I thought my kids left it open!

On time, wants customer satisfaction, very happy with the work.  Quoted us a price that was reasonable and after work was done, he reduced our quote since it didn't take as long as he thought, and he gave us a discount for being a first time customer.  We were quoted $200, but only spent $150.  I tipped him well!  Great work and attention to detail.  He informed me of a couple issues to keep an eye on.  He was sick the window cleaning day, but rescheduled and finished the work 4 days later.  Very pleasant to be around and will definitely use him again!
