We had a bit of a time connecting in the beginning, but after that first connection it was great. He stopped by and gave a quot. I have a flexible schedule and told him that anytime would be good. He said he would call if her could slide this job in between other jobs and would call before he would come over. 
He called this morning and said that he would be here about 11 if that was okay by me.
He arrived promptly, finished the job in record time. Less than an hour for all 13 windows, a patio door and another outside entrance.
Good job. I would hire him again.

Everything is perfect.  Cleaned area, gutters work properly, and he arrived just hours after I called.  He came to give an estimate, but called to gain permission to complete the job that day, while in the area.  Also, his price was significantly lower than the rest of the cleaners, but the work is great.  I could not be happier.  I plan to use this company to clean my windows this summer

We've used Master's Touch several times since moving into our current home which is a large two-story home with gutters, windows and light fixtures that are difficult for me to safely reach. Each time we've had an appointment Bill has shown up on time and has worked quickly. He goes above and beyond in his work and his attention to detail is exceptional. Will certainly be using him again and would strongly recommend his services.

Bill came on the coldest day of year (way below freezing) as we'd scheduled him two weeks earlier for that day.  Our whole house is windows (about two dozen) plus a  patio door and we'd never cleaned them all at once.  Since we have dozens of plants etc. in front of and on the windowsills, we removed them all so he could work, and removed other items in his way.  Bill spent the whole day cleaning all the windows and screens (except the basement which we didn't contract for) and did a wonderful job, it inspired us to deep clean the rest of the house.  He was  very professional and thorough.  We had never before hired a window cleaner and will hire him again -in the spring or summer when all the plants are outdoors!  We couldn't have been happier with our sparkling windows.

Master's Touch did a great job. I called this morning to set up a time to get an estimate, and Mr. Moss said he would either come out this afternoon or tomorrow for an estimate. Then, after lunch, I received a call that he was at my house. He gave me a fair price and he said he could get started immediately. I responded great and came home to work while he finished up. I think he here for about 2-21/2 hours. I had just moved in to the house recently so I didn't know how long it had been since the gutters had been cleaned, I just knew they needed it! I can see from looking out from my second story windows that the gutters are now completely clean, and the windows look good too. I was not expecting, but was very pleased, that he could actually fit the job in today with no notice. I definitely recommend him and plan to use him again in the future when needed.

He did a fairly good job, it just took a REALLY LONG TIME.

Although this small company was overwhelmed by customers taking advantage of the Angie's List special offer he worked very hard to schedule the work at a time that was both convenient and timely. He arrived on time prepared to get the job done. Work was performed throughly and completely within a very reasonable amount of time. While cleaning and inspecting gutters he discovered a few minor shingle repairs needing attention (not his line of work) which was very much appreciated. I would absolutely call on Master's Touch again for gutter cleaning and hope to use them in the spring for their primary work of window cleaning. I always prefer to work with a small local business when they are available and would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Bill (owner) called me back promptly when I left a request for an estimate and his price was very competitive.
Once he arrived at my house he was efficient and neat.  I am very satisfied with his service.
He even pointed out a problem I have with a couple of my windows which I had not noticed myself. I have already
notified the manufacturer who will take care of it under warranty. I appreciate Bill's attention to details.
The only suggestion I do have is that I would have liked a clearer estimate of Bill's schedule the day he
did the work.  He did not arrive till quite late in the day, which was fine with me, but I would have liked to know about
it earlier, so I could have planned my own activities better.
I intend to use this company again in the future.

Showed up on time, was very professional, kind and courteous!  Worked extremely fast and neatly bagged all the trash from the gutters.  He even went above and beyond to repair one gutter that had pulled away from the house at no additional cost!  Will definitely be using this company in the future!

Bill is extremely professional and an expert window cleaner. He is very thorough, explaining the process as he works. We just moved into a home with dirty windows, Bill had them sparkling by the time he was done. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Not only is he a professional window cleaner, but very trustworthy as well.
