Master's Touch Window Cleaning LLC

Mr. Moss came in and we told him that we all our windows cleaned.  He went over the price and asked if we also wanted our screens cleaned as well.  He gave us a price and we agreed to it and he went right to work.  I asked him to remove his shoes while in the house and he complied.  He cleaned all the windows and screens and talked with us while inside.  He was very pleasant.  When the job was done, we paid him and he told us that if we had a problem with any of the windows just to call him and he would be back.  He did a great job!

I had purchased one of Angie's special deal.  We had a little difficulty scheduling, in good part due to the weather and other activities taking place at the house.  He came when he said he would.  In all a great job at a great price!

He did a superb job. He moved a little slower than other window cleaners, but he did such a quality job that it was worth it.

I think the Master Touch company was too small to handle an Angie's Big Deal coupon. But clearly they didn't do the job I contracted them to do. I won't use another Angie's Big Deal coupon. And I won't use or recommend Master Touch. The owner seems like a nice guy, but he was constantly on the phone the few hours he was at my house scheduling other appointments. It would have been nice if he had kept his word and finished the job at our house as he promised, but it didn't happen. I will spend more money now to have the outside windows cleaned by a more professional company.

Amazing. We bought a 50% off package on Angie's List. He spent all day at our home making sure the work was done right. We really enjoyed having him. BEAUTIFUL RESULT!! Will use again next year.

Winter storms caused us to put off the cleaning once, but they followed up and got it done. We could report to other family that they will be happy hiring this service provider.

We were extremely pleased with the job done by Master's Touch Window Cleaning. Although he arrived later than the specified time (I did receive a phone call from him in advance to let me know), he went right to work and didn't finish until the job was done --cleaning windows long after dark! Almost three months later, our windows still shine (Windex eat your heart out!). He was neat, pleasant, professional, very easy to do business with, and provided a fair value. I would not hesitate to use Master's Touch Window Cleaning again!

Excellent customer service and initiative! I purchased the window cleaning as a Big Deal on Angie's list. He did an excellent job and did more windows than were included in the Big Deal at no additional charge. Also, he cleaned my gutters that he could reach with his ladder and even changed several exterior light bulbs that I had not been able to change for the past year because I do not have a tall enough ladder to reach them. He had to start the job later in the days so that the outside temperature could rise above 32 degrees, and ended up stay until 8:00 in the evening (and working in the dark) to finish the job! I would highly recommend Master's Touch Window Cleaning!

This was the first time we had our windows professional cleaned, and we were very pleased with the results. We got introduced due to the Big Deal promotion; however, it saved us a bunch of time (and hassle) of trying to do it ourselves. Each window was wetted, then scrapped, then washed, then he used his squeegee, then the window sill was washed and dried. Each window had a towel was put down to ensure no water or dirt hit our floor. The entire job took about 4-5 hours, but might have gone a little faster as we were talking as well. Although our windows were not too bad, we noticed a big difference after they were cleaned. At night, they almost looked like mirrors. It was nice not to have to get the ladder out, especially for the 2nd story. Overall, we were very pleased with the results and the value of the service. We would highly recommend this company to others.

I had Bill clean all my exterior windows about 2 weeks ago. I have a lot of leaded glass windows and they are a challenge. The job was very well done and I will definitely use him again and refer friends and family to him.

He did an amazing job and even offered to come back and touch up if we needed it within a month. Very thorough and meticulous. I don't even know how he did such an amazing job. When I tried to touch up my nephews hand prints on our sliding glass door, I tried to follow his "recipe" for cleaner (all natural; not using strong chemicals) and got streaks. I have had this company twice with amazing results both times. I highly recommend this company. The job he did on our gutters was equally meticulous. He was in and out, did his job quietly and cleanly and disposed of the refuse in the gutters without making a mess.

Everything sparkled after he left. It took him all day but that was because he was very thorough and professional. His location is not near me but he regularly services the Dublin area. He has done the windows for many of my neighbors and they all have been very satisified. He even did the windows of a neighbor who is suffering from breast cancer for free. Please use him!

Very professional job by Bill. Changed shoes when he came into the house. Also, he was kind enough to pull some junk from the gutters while he was up on the ladder.
