Very poor, left the store never to return.

There appears to be something broken in the base of one of the recliners purchased. We called the company a 2nd time after talking to Jeff the son, who hadn't returned my call. I then talked to Jim, the owner, and he said I had to bring the chairs to him for any possible repair. He wanted to charge me $85 to pick up the one recliner. We aren't able to physically get the recliiner to him so now we are having to ask family to help get the recliner to the store for the repair. I would not recommend this furniture company due to poor customer service.
