Description of Work: My wife and I were looking for a love seat. We were greeted by the owner, an 85 year old man. He was insulting and one of the most unprofessional men I've ever met. If you go to this store be prepared for a little abuse. He charges $65.00 (what he told me) for delivery and if there is a problem it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the furniture item for repair. Most people I know drive a car and cannot use it for hauling furniture, so this negates whatever warranty they may have. I understand that this may sound like a personal incident, just griping over a personality issue. Maybe some of it is. Nevertheless, if it helps someone to know how this store operates, helps with awareness that this is not a typical furniture store, that's my reason for writing this review.

 + -1 moreThere appears to be something broken in the base of one of the recliners purchased. We called the company a 2nd time after talking to Jeff the son, who hadn't returned my call. I then talked to Jim, the owner, and he said I had to bring the chairs to him for any possible repair. He wanted to charge me $85 to pick up the one recliner. We aren't able to physically get the recliiner to him so now we are having to ask family to help get the recliner to the store for the repair. I would not recommend this furniture company due to poor customer service.
Description of Work: Provided two chair recliners.
