Representative arrived at home on time. Begin to work immediately brought all own tools and materials. Very polite, and knowledgeable. Job took about 2-2.5 hours. After care instructions very clear. Recommended that best type of caulk to use and where to get it. Job turn out much better than I expected. Wish I had gotten the tile reglazed at the same time.
