Broke my mirror and wouldn't fix it!! Called me a liar!! I used to love coming here, but after today I will never set foot in here again!! Come in early this morning right after they opened, was told I was the second person in line for the day. Was there for a couple tires, oil change, and had them check why the engine light was on. A little before 2 they call and say its done (took a long time for being the SECOND person in line but whatever) so I go to pick it up and my PASSENGER MIRROR IS GONE!!!!!!!! I ask what happened and if they were going to fix it, they tell me it came in like that... As I precede to explain to them no, I know for a FACT it came in here with both mirrors. The manager continues to tell me it was already broken off and they would not pay for it. I was furious and asked to go look in the back for what hit my car they refused. There is a scratch on my car by where the mirror USED to be! I would have been able to see red paint on whatever they took my mirror off with but they still insisted I was wrong, they insisted on me keeping my car there for them to fix for an additional cost!!! **** no!! What is wrong with you people?? Nothing but crooks who will deface your car and then lie to your face and call YOU the liar!!! They even said the mirror is cheap like $20, but I don't care I shouldn't have to pay for what THEY BROKE!!!!! Pieces of garbage!!! Never ever go here unless you want "extra" problems!!
