I was in dire need of someone who would replace the glass for my window that had a broken seal.  (I have a Ryan home built with cheap windows that are notorious for seals that go bad.) This window is approx. 5' wide by 6' tall and is 3/4" thick glass with grids.  It's a heavy window and very few window / glass repair places would touch it due to the dimensions, the fact that it was a 2 story entrance in height, and the heaviness.  I spoke with Yvonne over the phone, she gave me a price and they came out to fix my window within 4 days of calling her!  No waiting for weeks because they are the only window company in town who has the machine to make the glass on site!  I am extremely happy with their service and their warranty for not only the window but also their labor.  If you don't need the frame replaced this is the most economical way to replace window glass.  They also do just frame replacement.  In fact there is very little that they can't do!  The best part is they stuck by their quoted price even when they had to do a little extra to fix the moulding that was previously damaged around the window.  I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

EDIT 4/16/14 (changed grades from straight A's to straight F's).  Now that the rains have started in March and April, the window leaks like someone has sprayed a hose on it and it has now ruined my wood floors below.  They said they would pay for the repairs of the floor as long as I sent them the bill via fax.  I did so the same day and they told me they never received the fax (the company that sent the fax advised that they HAD received it).  I have sent a second fax and they received that one but now are not answering their phones.  I have even offered to work with them outside of an insurance claim but they appear to be acting in an extremely unethical fashion.
