In early 2013, the heating had gone out in the house and we thought it was our furnace. When called on a Sunday night, Jim came out without hesitation, and found the thermostat was the problem. He replaced the thermostat and did not charge an exorbitant amount for a service call fee. As a result of that visit, we purchased the annual furnace/air conditioning maintenance package.
Jim's friendliness, his willingness to come out after hours, and his reasonable prices all contributed to our choosing him as our regular contractor for heating and cooling.
